Day 01 – Airport to Colombo
Our local representative will be waiting for you at the airport & take you to the Hotel. You can take a rest afternoon or you can make a city tour through the capital Colombo, which include Hindu and Buddhist temples & town hall.
Day 02 – Colombo to Anuradhapura
After having breakfast you will leave the hotel & heading to Anuradhapura, where you visit this ancient capital during an excursion. Here you will find well-preserved ruins of ancient Sri Lankan civilization; mostly Buddhist structures and teaches you a lot about the history of Sri Lanka.

Day 03 – Anuradhapura to Trincomalee
After breakfast you can travel to Trincomalee, located in the north east coast of Sri Lanka. For a long time it was not safe to visit these shores but now the war is over & Amazing Trinco is safe to travel. Here are yellowish white sand beaches waiting for you , which are among the most beautiful in Sri Lanka , where you can dive , snorkel and even whale watching between June and September.

Day 04 – Trincomalee
You will visit a number of cultural delights of Trincomalee . In the morning, visit some cultural delights of this port, including the Koneshwaram Hindu Temple and Fort Frederick, the largest Dutch fort in Sri Lanka. You will enjoy a comfortable night in a first class beach resort
Day 05 – Trincomalee to Habarana
You go towards Habarana , perfect as a base for exploring the Cultural Triangle. You can take a rest in the evening at a beautifully surrounded hotel at Habarana.
Day 06 – Habarana
Meet the Sri Lankan way of life in the morning at the village Hiriwadunna & take a walk to discover the village. The discovery takes you through a wetland landscape with plantation and local homes. Can take a boat ride through a river & enjoy the nature with bullock cart ride through the jungle. You can choose how you spend the evening & if interested, you can visit Minneriya National Park.
Day 07 – Polonnaruwa
Morning visit to Polonnaruwa, the second kingdom of Sri Lanka. You can view ruins of the Royal Palace and the huge reclining Buddha. Afternoon, you can visit Sigiriya, the world famous Lion Rock, Mirror Wall & the Water Gardens.
Day 08 – Habarana to Kandy via Dambulla
Golden Temple in Dambulla, where you visit in the morning & you will see caves with images and statues of lord Buddah. Then visit a herbal garden at Matale & a batik workshop before arriving Kandy. Afternoon visit to world famous Temple of Tooth, which makes this town a World Heritage by UNESCO & enjoy cultural dance show in the evening.
Day 09 – Pinnawela
You can fed baby elephants by hand & if interested, can give them a bath in the river. Then returns to Kandy and visit the botanical garden of Peradeniya . Origin of this botanical garden in in 14th century. The absolute main attraction of the garden is the Orchid House, where you can find over 300 species of orchids.
Day 10 – Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast you travel by train in about four hours of Peradeniya to Nanu Oya Railway Station . En route you can enjoy magnificent views including paddy fields, tea plantations and waterfalls. Then you will be visiting Nuwara Eliya. On the way to Nuwara Eliya you can stop to visit the Ramboda waterfall and a tea factory. Evening walk out to Nuwara Eliya city & local markets.
Day 11 – Nuwara Eliya to Yala National Park
Morning visit to Horton plains. The vast grasslands and green forests are home to many different animals (including leopards) and birds. Horton plains is a paradise for nature lovers. Afternoon, you will arrive a hotel near the Yala national park & overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 12 – Yala National Park
This morning, you can take a break & enjoy surroundings. In the afternoon, you can take a jeep safari within the Yala national park. You will be able to see Elephants, Leopards & other animals during this tour.
Day 13 – Yala National Park to Unawatuna/Ahangama
After breakfast you go on your way to your next destination, Unawatuna or Ahangama . During this travel, you can take a short stop at beautiful Tangalle beach . Rest of the day is free at a hotel & you can enjoy the beach as you wish.
Day 14 – Unawatuna/Ahangama to Negombo
If you plan your trip from November to April, you will be able to join with whale watching tour in the morning. On the way to negombo, you can visit Kosgoda turtle hatchery & world famous Dutch fort at Galle. Overnight stay at Negombo.
Day 15 – Negombo to Airport
You can enjoy Negombo beach for another few days if interested or today you will leave our small, beautiful country Sri Lanka, a land like no other.
